Historic Residence RenovationThe project involved the complete interior and exterior renovation of an 1840s historic structure into a luxury 4 bedroom / 4 1/2 bath residence.
Non-historic additions and interior elements were removed, providing for a more open floor plan and visual connections to the exterior.
New interior work included a Dining/Library room connecting to a custom-designed modern Kitchen; a Master Bedroom suite on one floor; a Garden Room; Office; Bedrooms; and new Baths throughout.
At the non-historic portions, steel windows were used to provide ample natural lighting for the Dining, Garden Room, and Master Bath.
