Garco Mill Renovation
Mixed UseLocated in North Charleston’s historic Park Circle neighborhood, the project involved the rehabilitation of an 80,000 s.f. 1915 warehouse. The building was adaptively reused into a mix of restaurant, retail, bar, and commercial office uses.
Historic tax credits through the State Historic Preservation Office were achieved.
