Historic Residence Renovation

Located on one of Charleston’s most exclusive historic streets, the project involved the complete interior and exterior renovation of an 1861 historic structure into a luxury 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath residence. The work included removal of all non-historic additions and interiors.

New interior work included a custom-designed modern kitchen, bathrooms, a master bedroom suite, great room, mud room, wine cellar and office. Custom-designed French doors and windows were added, and new interior mouldings, lighting fixtures, and finishes were used. The existing yard was completely re-designed to include a small terrace with fountain.
