Bello Garris Architects strives to create architecture that is both functional and inspirational. Working in collaboration with the client, each design is derived from the use, context, and function specific to every project. The goal is to provide an architecture that exceeds the client’s expectations–with an aesthetic that is beautiful, an expression of craft, and timeless.
Formed in 2015 through a partnership with Eddie Bello, AIA, LEED AP, and Eric Garris, AIA, Bello Garris Architects is a full service architectural firm located in the heart of downtown Charleston, SC.
While the firm has only recently been established, the two principals share a combined experience of over 50 years, each having led a diverse range of project types in all phases of architecture.
Our background includes extensive experience designing and managing a wide range of project types, including: commercial office; hotel and resort design; custom single and multi-family residential; restaurant/dining facilities; historic preservation, adaptive re-use, and renovation; government/public work; small medical office; and city planning. While the majority of our work has been in the region of Charleston, S.C., we are fortunate to also have experience designing projects in a number of states across the country.
