Hotel

Completed in 2021, the Loutrel is a 50 room boutique hotel with hotel bar and rooftop terrace. The site is directly adjacent to Charleston’s historic Market Street area. Its design is derived from the context’s historic aesthetic, reinterpreted with rich, contemporary detailing.

Bello Garris Architects served as Design Architect and led all entitlement processes.
