Luxury CondominiumsLocated a block away from the Charleston’s historic market, on Cumberland and State Streets in the French Quarter neighborhood, the project includes 21 luxury residential condominiums.
The new building is nestled amid several historic buildings which are incorporated into the project. The design takes cues from a 1940’s era Art Deco building on site, which is repurposed as the primary residential entrance. Expansive porches and large windows provide for a contemporary reinterpretation of grand Charleston residences.
Bello Garris Architects served as Design Architect and lead the entitlements process.
