While the firm is relatively new, the two principals share a combined experience of over 55 years, with each principal having led a diverse range of project types in all phases of architecture.

We have extensive experience designing and managing a wide range of project types, including: commercial office; hotel and resort design; custom single and multi-family residential; restaurant/dining facilities; historic preservation, adaptive re-use, and renovation; government/public work; small medical office; and city planning.

Just as our project types are diverse, we have experience in differing project sizes and scales—from 1,500 s.f. houses to 90,000 s.f. office buildings to 200 acre master plans. No matter the scale, we approach all projects with the same intentional focus.

Since the firm’s inception much of our work has been in downtown Charleston. This experience has led us to develop a strong understanding of how to create meaningful architecture that resonates within a significant context. We continue to apply those same principles of design to new projects as we’ve worked in other regions.
