Restaurant, Pools, Event VenueBello Garris was asked to design a private club on a site located on a small island just outside of Charleston, SC, adjacent to a large marina.
The uses include restaurant, pool with swim-up bar, family pool, changing rooms, and event venue.

Due to the project’s location in a high-velocity flood zone on a narrow strip of island high ground, all uses are elevated with parking below.
