LEGARE STREET RENOVATION

RESIDENCE IN CHARLESTON, SC

Located on one of Charleston’s most exclusive historic streets, the project involved the complete interior and exterior renovation of an 1861 historic structure into a luxury 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath residence. The work included removal of all non-historic additions and interiors. New interior work included a custom-designed modern kitchen, bathrooms, a master bedroom suite, great room, mud room, wine cellar and office. Custom-designed French doors and windows were added, and new interior mouldings, lighting fixtures, and finishes were used. The existing yard was completely re-designed to include a small terrace with fountain.
