Located behind structures along King Street, and almost at the center of a city block, the project contains 21 short-term rental units.  Each unit functions as a small apartment and includes full kitchens, private porches, washer/dryers, and other amenities.  A rooftop terrace and internal courtyard will provide visitors respite from the bustling commercial activity just steps away from the busy street activity.

The exterior design is derived from the utilitarian aesthetic of historic warehouse buildings once common to the area, as well as from an historic masonry fire station (and steel-framed fire tower) located directly adjacent to the site.  Materials to be used in the new building are reclaimed brick, steel, and stained wood.
