Located in a new development devoid of building context, the design incorporates light colored brick, cementitious panels, and stucco to provide a contemporary approach. Program for the building consists of 24,000 s.f. of medical office space. The ground floor will house an oral and facial surgeon’s practice, while the upper floor will be leased as commercial office space.
