Located in North Charleston's rejuvenated downtown and adjacent to the Park Circle neighborhood, the project involved the rehabilitation of an 80,000 sf historic 1915 warehouse. The building was adaptively reused into a mix of restaurant, retail, bar, and commercial office uses.

Project scope included assistance with requirements for historic tax credits through the State Historic Preservation Office.
