Audubon South Carolina asked Bello Garris to survey existing facilities at Silver Bluff Center and Sanctuary and develop a master plan for the campus. The plan proposes a new gathering place and an outdoor educational pavilion that provides additional instructional space for the groups that visit the site. New pavilion would serve as an educational tool in sustainable construction and bird-friendly timber harvesting. Simple changes in trailheads, signage and fencing would unify the campus and provide a sense of identity to Silver Bluff. .
