A complete renovation and conversion of existing student apartments into six luxury short-term rental apartments as well as a roof deck addition over existing building. Addition of the steel and ipe wood canopy provides shade and cover over entrance doors. Property gate was redesigned with a pedestrian in mind and incorporates the pattern from the adjacent historic Firetower.
