Project scope included renovation and alterations to a 17,500 s.f. historic (1880s) structure. Interior work involved the conversion of twelve student apartments into twelve luxury apartments, as well as an upfit to the ground floor retail spaces.

All exterior alterations required historic preservation easement review by the Preservation Society of Charleston, as well as Board of Architectural Review approval.
