HISTORIC RENOVATION IN DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON
A complete historic renovation of an 1880’s residence, the project included the conversion of four existing student apartments into four luxury short-term rental units. The various inappropriate alterations over the years were removed to allow for the historic fabric to be exposed, and a more sympathetic west façade alteration recalls an earlier piazza while providing expanses of natural light.
